1.) Close up time! Be sure the photos of you and your pet are taken in a well-lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2.) Close up and head on. For pets, please show as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. For people, please ensure the face is fully visible and clear. This will allow us to get a perfect crop for your custom lenticular print.

3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered, or blurry photos. We are typically unable to use photos where the subject (person or pet) is lying down, as it affects the 3D/changing effect of the print.

Yes! We are happy to accommodate changes to your custom portrait order. Simply reach out to us at info@crystalcitizen.com before you approve your digital proof.

Since your item is 100% custom-made, production begins immediately once the digital proof is confirmed. Therefore, we can no longer make any changes (including artwork edits or address updates) after your final approval. Please note that requesting revisions to your design may slightly extend your overall processing and shipping time.
