Enjoy free shipping on orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your choice of regular or express shipping.

At Crystal Citizen, we offer a 30-day free return and exchange service to ensure your satisfaction. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or remains unopened and unused, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that opened, used items, items from sales or promotions, or those without quality issues are not eligible for returns.

For eligible returns, contact us. We will assist with the process and cover shipping costs for quality-related issues. For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we inspect the item. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear.
