Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with Crystal Citizen, please contact us via email atsupport@crystalcitizen.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. However, due to the custom nature of crystal citizen products and the time and design investment involved, we do not accept returns for any reason. Our designers provide a preview of the final product before production. If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not due to customer error), we offer a full refund. We do not accept refunds for personal reasons such as dislike, change of mind, or no longer needing the product.
