However, due to the custom nature of crystal citizen products and the time and design investment involved, we do not accept returns for any reason. Our designers provide a preview of the final product before production. If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not due to customer error), we offer a full refund. We do not accept refunds for personal reasons such as dislike, change of mind, or no longer needing the product.
